Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective sleeves are intact to maintain the quality of the silks and fabrics.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or post office.
Processing & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
